Hello! I'm now 23 years old!! Time flies!
It's the time of the year once again where I feel most loved! Hahaha! Look at them, they rarely do that in real life! Haha kidding! I'm so loved, I'm melting....

I'm not the type of girl who loves to receive flowers, stuffed toys and chocolates as presents from their significant others. I dunno, but I thought it was impractical. Yet I was really surprised (and to be honest, embarrassed -- there's nothing to be embarrassed about but I was thinking about going home with it. And everyone will stare at you because you're walking with a huge bouquet.) when I received a bouquet of flowers in the office. It was lunch time and I was in the pantry with my friends when suddenly one of my colleagues called me and teased me "Ang haba ng hair mo Jaemie! May naghahanap sayo sa lobby." I was a bit skeptical at the moment because It was very unusual for someone to look for me at lunch time. And so I saw a guy holding a bouquet of flowers, and at that exact moment my heart skip a beat. True! I felt excited, curious and surprised all at the same time. At the back of my mind I know it was from Paco.  But the guy holding the flowers was not the guy I was expecting. He's the delivery boy of the flower shop! I immediately called my baby and thanked him for the flowers and the card. He said he wanted to surprise me (he did) but he won't be able to give it to me personally because of work commitments that day. It really made my day. I felt extra pretty! Hahaha! :))

Danieldear wants a closer look! :))

Here's some photos from this month. I was super busy and was not able to document everything. But here are the highlights. :)
Picture
Look who's home FOR GOOD!! :) My daddydearest!
Picture
2 days after papa's arrival he got hospitalized due to high blood sugar. And after 3 days he was released!
Picture
And because of that, the doctor gave him 2 types of insulin and higher dosage of it. And we really need to watch his diet.
Picture
It was Papa's first time to see Daniel!
Picture
And they're back in each others arms! :)
Picture
That same day Papa and I had a haircut because both of us have super long hair already!
Picture
There! Much better! The new hairstyle suites us well! :)
Picture
Look who's growing up so fast! He got his legs and feet from his dad! :))
Picture
That's the face of a spoiled girlfriend! :)) Even though Paco abhors this band, he still cared on buying me a copy of their concert in DVD! I love you baby! Thank you for this! :*****
Picture
Happy couple :)

Paco's company was one of the sponsors in this event and so he immediately informed me about it. It was really timely because I wanted to engage in a physical and outdoor activity again. :) The idea of dance marathon is brilliant! Who would've thought that helping would be this FUN! The proceeds from the event will go to Lifeline Foundation and part of it will be given to the victims of the monsoon rain.

Venice Piazza reminds me of ATC's ambiance. So homey and laid back.
Picture
But what's fascinating in this place was the pigeons! The flock flies just within the place then rests on the roof or on the floor. They're friendly too, just don't forget to feed them or else they'll drop bomb on you. Hahaha! :D
Picture
Ready for grooving!
Picture
My hunky baby! I love you!
Picture
My Baby bought me a Red Star Card :) Thank you for surprising me, Love! Mwaaaah! :*
Picture
Paco doesn't dance at all, but he wanted to participate in this event to help. :)
Picture
Paco and I are both excited because it's another new experience for us!
Picture
And so it began.. Say hello too our dance instructor! :) He's very energetic! (Photo credits: Pinoy Fitness)

Who's on the background? :D

This song shows a different side of Lana del Rey. I like her, she's so gorgeous and her voice is sexy. :) Paco hates me for liking her and singing her songs.

It's a rainy Sunday today and I feel like listening to RK soundtrack.
This Rurouni Kenshin theme song brings back my childhood memories. Back when I was still an anime zealot. RK is my ultimate favorite anime. Because it has sense. It's not just about brutal fighting and revenge, Kenshin has principles, unlike other animes.
Such an emotional and relaxing instrumental composition.

There were a lot of franchisers who participated in this expo
Picture
from the small and starting franchisers
Picture
to franchisers with big names like Mcdo, Figaro, Ministop, Big Chill, etc..
Picture
Also non-food franchisers are there like Yamaha, several gas stations, pharmacies, beauty and wellness, etc.
Picture
We ate at Size Matters, one of the participants in the expo. Their burgers are out of this world!
Picture
The patty is a combination of beef and sausage. It's really really tasty..
Picture
The bun was soft but it doesn't crumble too easily. :)
Picture
Paco is so happy with his burger. It's actually his 2nd time to eat at Size Matters. And he even bought another one after eating this.
Picture
I'm too serious with my burger because it's too yummy. I need to concentrate :D
Picture
Cobo is a new milk tea shop that is now ready for franchising
Picture
Paco and I tried it. I bought chocolate milktea, while his is strawberry smoothie with bubble burst..
Picture
That's the bubble burst thingy. It looks like a caviar to me. :) It's not an ordinary pearl because when you bite through it, it actually bursts with flavor (depending on the flavor you chose) cool huh? Unique!
The expo opens great opportunities to those people who has entrepreneurial dreams like me and Paco. We want to have our own business someday that's why we attended this expo. Also it's Papa's assignment for me to find a great franchise deal, because he's retiring already and he wanted to put up a small business to start in when he's back from abroad. The deal starts from 100K to millions. I think if you really have the drive to start a business, you'll take the risk to try and make it work, right? Part of putting up a business is risk taking. But first, you really have to plan and study the market before anything else. The owners that we spoke to in the expo were very enthusiastic about their craft and it's great when you talk to people who has same vision as yours, very inspiring to hear and see that they made it today, and it's not impossible that we could make it in the future. :) Keep positive.
